| 微乳头型肺腺癌是近年来肺腺癌新分类的一种亚型，属于一种具有高度恶性潜能的独特组织学亚型的肺癌，具有高度侵袭性，预后差。目前临床上对于它的认识和了解还远远不够。本文将对此种含有微乳头状结构的肺腺癌的发病情况、病理学特征及免疫组化特征、预后及其相关因素、临床诊疗及研究进展进行综述，以便对此亚型的肺腺癌有更清晰的认识。 |

| Micropapillary lung adenocarcinoma is a new subtype of lung adenocarcinoma in recent years. It is a unique histological subtype with high malignant potential. It is highly invasive and has poor prognosis. At present, the clinical understanding and understanding of it is far from enough. This article will review the incidence, pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics, prognosis and related factors, clinical diagnosis and treatment and research progress of this subtype of lung adenocarcinoma. |
