| 目的：探讨上尿路梗阻引起肾功能衰竭的诊断和治疗。方法：回顾分析30例上尿路梗阻引起肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果：梗阻原因肾盂输尿管结石76.67%（23/30），肿瘤10%（3/30），其它13.33%（4/30）。治愈86.67%（26/30），好转13.33%（4/30）。结论:上尿路梗阻引起肾功能衰竭是泌尿外科的急重症，尽早解除梗阻有利于肾功能的恢复。 |

| Objective: to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of kidney failure caused by up urinary obstruction. Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with kidney failure caused by up urinary tract or bilateral ureteral obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The most common cause of up urinary tract obstruction is urolithiasis 76.67%（23/30），tumour10%(3/30), others13.33%(4/30). The obstruction was removed, 86.67%（26/30）was cured, 13.33%（4/30）was improved, and the average hospitalization was 24 days. The Blood Bun and CR were restored to normal for 22 days, 70%（21/30）the total blood BUN and CR decreased on the 7th day after operation. Conclusion: Renal insufficiency or renal failure caused by bilateral upper urinary tract obstruction is an acute and severe case in urology. Early Relief of the obstruction is beneficial to the recovery of renal function. |
