| 目的 探讨泪小点切开联合U性泪道管置入术治疗泪小管炎导致的泪小点膜闭的临床效果；方法 回顾性分析2016年1月-2021年3月对门诊诊断的泪小管炎合并泪小点膜闭患者38例行手术治疗,拔管后随访3个月,观察拔管后溢泪、再通、泪小点形态等情况及并发症等；结果 术后3个月,患者在溢泪、结膜充血、异常分泌物、异物感、泪小点直径等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；结论 泪小点切开联合U性泪道管置入术治疗泪小管炎合并泪小点膜闭疗效肯定,该术式可操作性强、微创、疗效好可作为常规手术推广应用。 |
