| 脑卒中后抑郁是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活品质。近年来，中医药在治疗脑卒中后抑郁方面发展较快，不论是动物实验还是临床研究都取得了一定进展。本文从单胺递质、细胞因子、HPA轴、神经可塑性和细胞凋亡等这几个方面对中医药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的作用机制进行了阐述，为临床用药提供依据。 |

| Post-stroke depression is one of the common complications of stroke, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has developed rapidly in the treatment of post-stroke depression, and some progress has been made in animal experiment and clinical research. This paper expounds the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression from the aspects of monoamine transmitters, cytokines, HPA axis, neural plasticity and apoptosis, so as to provide basis for clinical medication. |
