| 随着我国生活水平的不断提高，性早熟的发病率不断上升，也成为了儿童内分泌系统中发病率第二的疾病，现代治疗性早熟的一线药物有一定的副作用，在实际临床治疗中的效果较难以达到预期水平，固中医药的治疗有了较大的发展空间。本文主要介绍了国家级名老中医董幼祺教授治疗女童性早熟的经验，提出了“调和阴阳”的治疗原则和分期论治的治疗思想，本文以期为本病的临床诊治提供新思路和方法，并提供董幼祺教授治疗性早熟的医案以作参考。 |

| The incidence of precocious puberty is increasing and has become the second most prevalent disease in the endocrine system of children. Modern first-line drugs for the treatment of precocious puberty have certain side effects, and the results in actual clinical treatment are less likely to reach the expected level. This article introduces the experience of Professor Dong Youqi, a national famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioner, in treating female precocious puberty, and proposes the treatment principle of "harmonizing yin and yang" and the treatment idea of staged treatment. |
