| 目的：观察润河汤联合唑来磷酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法：将50例肺癌骨转移患者随机分为对照组25例、实验组25例,对照组采用单纯唑来磷酸(4mg 静滴 4周/次)治疗,实验组采用润河汤联合唑来磷酸治疗。观察治疗前、治疗4周期后两组患者的卡氏评分(KPS)、生活质量评分(FACT-G)、疼痛效果(VAS)、血钙(Ca)、骨质修复率及不良反应等情况。结果：实验组患者生活质量、骨质修复率明显优于对照组,血清Ca、疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,不良反应发生少,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(Ｐ＞0.05)。结论：润河汤联合唑来磷酸可有效缓解肺癌骨转移患者症状并提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Runhe Decoction combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases from lung cancer. Methods: All 40 patients with anterior lung cancer metastasis were randomly divided into 20 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with zoledronic acid alone, and the experimental group was treated with Runhe Decoction combined with zoledronic acid. Observe the karnofsky score(KPS), Quality of life score(FACT-G),pain relief score(VAS),blood calcium(Ca),bone repair rate and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after the end of the treatment for 4 cycles. Results:The quality of life and bone repair rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The serum Ca and pain scores were significantly lower than those of the control group. There were few adverse reactions and statistically significant (P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred between groups. The difference in rates was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Runhe decoction combined with zoledronic acid can effectively relieve the symptoms of lung cancer patients with bone metastases and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
