| 【摘 要】：【目的】总结余土根老师治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床经验。【方法】从病因病机、治则治法、临床验案等方面论述余土根老师治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床经验。【结果】余土根老师治疗掌跖脓疱病具有健脾为主，清热次之；扶助正气，托毒外出；益气养血，调护巩固；中西结合，局部外用四点显著治疗特色，所举医案获得良好治验。【结论】余土根老师治疗掌跖脓疱病临床经验丰富，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Objective】To summarize the clinical experience of Mr. Yu Tugen in the treatment of pustulosis palmariset plantaris. 【Methods】The clinical experience of Mr. Yu Tugen in treating pustulosis palmariset plantaris was discussed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods, and clinical cases. 【Results】 In the treatment of pustulosis palmariset plantaris by Mr. Yu Tugen, the spleen is mainly invigorating, followed by clearing heat; supporting the righteousness, supporting the poison to go out; nourishing the qi and nourishing the blood, and strengthening the nursing; the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, topical application has four significant treatment characteristics. The case received good treatment. 【Conclusion】Mr. Yu Tugen has rich clinical experience in the treatment of pustulosis palmariset plantaris, and the curative effect is significant, which is worthy of clinical application. |
