| 目的 分析杭州地区蜘蛛咬伤病例的临床特征。方法 回顾性分析2020年4月～2021年11月因蜘蛛咬伤收治我科住院患者71例，对患者人群特征、临床表现、实验室检查结果、诊疗情况、转归进行分析、总结。结果 被咬伤人群主要为中青年，每年5~9月为发病高峰期，咬伤部位主要在双下肢，71例患者中58例患者仅有局部症状，13例患者除了局部症状还伴有全身毒性反应发症。 结论：杭州地区蜘蛛毒性较小，伤人后主要以局部症状为主，合理的局部和全身治疗均能得到痊愈。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of spider bite cases in Hangzhou. Methods 71 hospitalized patients with spider bite from April 2020 to November 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The population characteristics, clinical manifestations, laboratory results, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of the patients were analyzed and summarized. Results The bitten people were mainly middle-aged and young people, and the peak period was from May to September every year. The bitten parts were mainly in both lower limbs. Of the 71 patients, 58 patients had only local symptoms, and 13 patients had systemic toxicity in addition to local symptoms. Conclusion: the toxicity of spiders in Hangzhou is small. After wounding, the main symptoms are local symptoms. Reasonable local and systemic treatment can be cured. |
