| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是以持续气流受限为特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病,其气流受限多呈进行性发展,通常与气道或肺组织对有害颗粒或气体的慢性炎症反应增强有关。炎症反应伴随整个慢阻肺病程,而炎症小体是一种多蛋白质复合物,可激活多种炎症因子,对组织炎症有重大影响。NLRP3炎症小体与哮喘及COPD等慢性气道炎症性疾病密切相关,抑制NLRP3的激活可减轻气道炎症。中医药对治疗慢阻肺效果显著,机制可能与调控NLRP3炎症小体及其相关炎症因子有关。本文将从炎症小体的结构组成和相关炎症细胞因子的作用机制,NLRP3 炎症小体及下游炎症因子与COPD的关系,NLRP3潜在的抑制剂对COPD气道炎症的影响,中医药通对NLRP3炎症小体及IL- 1β、IL- 18作用治疗COPD等方面进行综述。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a preventable and treatable disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation that is due to an increased chronic inflammatory response of airway or lung tissue to noxious particles or gases. The inflammatory response persists throughout the course of COPD. And the inflammasome is a multi-protein complex that can oligomerize and activate the caspase-1 cascade, promote the release of various inflammatory cytokines, and have a significant impact on tissue inflammation. NLRP3 inflammasome is closely related to chronic airway inflammatory diseases such as asthma and COPD, therefore inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 can reduce airway inflammation. Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of COPD, and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome and its related inflammatory factors. The structural composition of the inflammasome and the mechanism of its related inflammatory cytokines, the relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome, downstream inflammatory cytokines, and COPD, the impact of potential NLRP3 inhibitors on COPD airway inflammation, and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine treating COPD by regulating NLRP3 inflammasome and secretion of IL-1β and IL-18 are reviewed in this article. |
