| 〔〕 目的 探索中药治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎内服的用药特点及治疗规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 检索2022年4月1日以前中国知网、万方和维普数据库中有关中药治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床研究,提取文献中的用药信息。利用集合可视化分析系统5.0分析中药治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎用药规律。其中Apriori 算法的支持度设定为 0.1,置信度为0.15,每个规则至少由2个元素构成。结果:本研究共筛选到289篇文献共包含334首方剂,共计193味中药。发现目前对非哺乳期乳腺炎中药治疗多从疏肝清热,解毒散结,温阳通络,活血化瘀,健脾益气,托毒透脓等几个方面论治。常用的药物有柴胡、蒲公英、金银花、皂角刺、甘草、赤芍、当归、熟地、白芥子、黄芪、白术等。常用药对有“黄芩-栀子”、“蒲公英-金银花”、“白花蛇舌草-虎杖”,“熟地-白芥子”、“白术-茯苓”等。结论：非哺乳期乳腺炎以疏肝活血,清热解毒类药物多用,另有温化通络、补气健脾、化痰散结等。 |

| Objective To explore the characteristics and treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Clinical studies on TCM treatment of non-lactation mastitis were searched from CNQI, WANfang and VIP databases before April 1, 2022, and the medication information was extracted from the literature. The ensemble visualization analysis system 5.0 was used to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for non-lactation mastitis. The support degree of The Apriori algorithm is set as 0.1, and the confidence degree is 0.15. Each rule is composed of at least two elements. Results: A total of 289 literatures were screened in this study, including 334 prescriptions and 193 Chinese medicines. It is found that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-lactation mastitis is mainly from the following aspects: relieving the liver and clearing heat, detoxifying and dispersing knot, warming Yang and clearing collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, invigorating the spleen and supplementing qi, supporting poison and permeating pus. Commonly used drugs are Bupleurum, dandelion, honeysuckle, honeysuckle, honeysuckle thorn, licorice, peony root, angelica, cooked ground, white mustard seed, astragalus membranaceus, atractylodes macrocephala and so on.
