| [目的]介绍与总结周亨徳教授治疗胃癌癌前病变的经验。[方法]通过跟随周师门诊抄方，分析归纳其医案，并查阅相关文献资料，总结周师治疗胃癌癌前病变的经验，并举一则验案进行例证。[结果]周师认为胃癌癌前病变的病因以饮食、情志所伤为主，病机关键在于脾虚湿阻，胃失和降，以脾胃亏虚为本。治疗以补益脾胃为本，脾虚夹实证者有湿当先化湿，有食积当先消食化积，同时重视疏肝理气、调畅情志，佐以纠正不良饮食习惯。[结论]周亨徳教授治疗胃癌癌前病变的经验值得学习和推广。 |

| [Objective] To introduce and summarize Professor Zhou Hengde's experience in treating the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. [Methods] We analyzed and summarized the medical records of professor Zhou, consulted the relevant literature and works, and then we summarized the experience of Professor Zhou in treating the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and took a case as an example by following his prescription at outpatient department. [Results] Professor Zhou believes that "treating disease from the root" should be taken as the guideline for the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer, whether from the etiology or pathogenesis. Considering spleen deficiency is the main pathogenesis, tonifying the spleen and stomach is the important principles for the clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. If spleen deficiency is accompanied by dampness, dispelling dampness should be the first. He thinks that the causes of gastric precancerous lesions are based on the injury of diet and emotion. So, regulating the diet and emotion is the important principle for the clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. [Conclusion] It is worth studying and popularizing for the experience in treating the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. |
