| 总结金亚蓓教授运用脐针治疗妊娠腰痛的临床经验。金师认为妊娠腰痛的病机以虚、瘀为本，病因可由内虚、外邪、跌扑所致。治法以卦意和手法为特点，肝肾不足则虚，治以健体壮阳，脐针选用雷天大壮、山天大蓄针法；气血阻滞则瘀，治以祛瘀通经，脐针选用山泽通气针法，施针时结合打枪手法，针法变化多端，取穴少而精、施术方便，为临床治疗妊娠腰痛提供了新的思路和方法。 |

| To sum up the clinical experience of professor Jin Yabei in the treatment of low back pain in pregnancy by navel acupuncture. Professor JIN believes that the basic pathogenesis of low back pain in pregnancy is deficiency and stasis caused by deficiency of the interior or pathological factor or trauma. Treatment is characterized by its hexagrams meaning and manipulation. Insufficiency of liver and kidney results in deficiency, the treatment principle is to strengthen the body and yang, and the navel acupuncture prescription is acupuncture of leitian or shantian. Qi and blood blocked results in stasis, the treatment should be resolve stagnation and dredge meridian, Shanze ventilation is mostly used. When administering acupuncture, it is necessary to use manipulation in certain acupuncture procedures. Professor JIN combine navel acupuncture, manipulation with body acupuncture, which is changeable, the selected acupoints are few and effective, and the operation is convenient. It provides a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of pregnancy low back pain. |
