| 近年来甲基苯丙胺滥用成为全球性社会公害，其稽延性戒断症状程度重、表现多样、持续时间长、治疗手段和效果欠缺，严重影响患者身心健康及社会安定。杭州市名中医吴建主任受杭州某强制隔离戒毒所延请，巧妙运用中医辨证思维审证论治，诊治甲基苯丙胺依赖患者数百人，通过临床观察及总结，改善甲基苯丙胺依赖者生理脱毒后戒断期精神躯体症状、增加记忆力方面，临床取得颇佳疗效。现记录吴师临床经验及验案与各位分享。 |

| In recent years, methamphetamine abuse has become a global social hazard, and its symptoms of delayed withdrawal are severe, diverse, long-lasting, and the treatment methods and effects are lacking, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and social stability of patients. Wu Jian, director of a famous chinese medicine doctor in Hangzhou, was invited by a compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center in Hangzhou to skillfully use the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine to examine and treat hundreds of methamphetamine-dependent patients, and through clinical observation and summary, improve the mental and physical symptoms of the withdrawal period after physiological detoxification of methamphetamine-dependent people and increase memory, and clinically achieved good results.
