| 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种发病机制尚未明确的自身免疫疾病。遗传、环境、免疫等因素均可能在SLE发病过程中产生了影响。随着科学技术的发展，肠道菌群在SLE发生发展中所起的作用逐渐引起关注。近年来基于肠道菌群调节防治SLE的研究已成为热点。中医药治疗SLE的应用已久，在临床上体现出了相当的有效性及安全性，在SLE的治疗中展现了广阔的临床应用前景。本文将综述基于肠道菌群调节的中医药防治SLE的可行性及研究现状。 |

| Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease whose pathogenesis is still not clear. Genetic, environmental and immune factors may influence the pathogenesis of SLE. With the development of technology, the role that intestinal flora plays in the occurrence and development of SLE has gradually attracted attention. In recent years, the research on the prevention and treatment of SLE based on intestinal flora regulation has become a hot topic. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been applied in the treatment of SLE for a long time, demonstrated considerable effectiveness and safety in clinical practice, and showing broad clinical application prospects in the treatment of SLE. This article will review the feasibility and research status of the Prevention and Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the Regulation of Intestinal Flora. |
