| 由创伤、感染或肿瘤切除等因素引起的骨缺损（Bone defect ，BD）一直是临床骨科面临的重大难题。骨髓间充质干细胞（bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs)在组织维持、修复和再生中发挥着巨大的疗效，无论是在动物模型中还是在人类临床试验中，其在修复各种骨缺损疾病方面都显示出了令人振奋的结果。本文从BMSCs的定义和与生物学特性、分离与鉴定、单纯应用、复合支架材料应用、基因工程应用5个方面对BMSCs在骨缺损疾病治疗中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| Bone defect (BD) caused by trauma, infection or tumor resection has always been a major problem in clinical orthopedics. Bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) play an important role in tissue maintenance, repair and regeneration, and have shown exciting results in repairing various bone defect diseases both in animal models and in human clinical trials. This review reviewed the application of BMSCs in the treatment of bone defects from five aspects: definition and biological characteristics, isolation and identification, simple application, application of composite scaffold materials, and application of genetic engineering. |
