| 目的 评价邬氏清热消脂方对面部脂溢性皮炎的治疗效果。方法 将2020-2021年度在我科面部皮肤病专病门诊就诊的80例面部脂溢性皮炎患者采用随机数表分类法分为观察组和对照组；观察组予邬氏清热消脂方煎服联合常规治疗方案治疗，对照组予常规治疗方案；分别在治疗前和3疗程治疗结束后对两组患者进行临床症状评分以评价疗效，运用皮肤生理功能测试仪检测皮肤经皮水分丢失量（TEWL）和皮肤油脂含量。结果 经过系统治疗后与治疗前相比较发现：观察组患者总有效率为72.5%，对照组总有效率为47.5%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组TEWL及皮肤油脂含量较对照组均有明显下降，经统计学处理分析具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 邬氏清热消脂方可以明显改善面部脂溢性皮炎的临床症状，其可能的机制是通过改善患者皮肤屏障功能而发挥作用。 |

| Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Wu's Qingre Xiaozhi Decoction on facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods：80 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis who were treated in our facial dermatology outpatient clinic from 2020 to 2021 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table classification method; the observation group was given Wu's Qingre Xiaozhi Decoction combined with conventional treatment；the control group was given conventional treatment; before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment, the two groups of patients were scored for clinical symptoms；the skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and oil content were detected by skin physiological function tester.Results：Compared with before treatment, it was found that the total effective rate was 72.5% in the observation group, higher than that of 47.5% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The contents of TEWL and skin oil in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were statistical differences after statistical analysis (P<0.05). Conclusion：Wu's Qingre Xiaozhi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of facial seborrheic dermatitis, and its possible mechanism is to improve the skin barrier function of patients. |
