| 目的 探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术（SWE）在测量首次剖宫产产后6-8周产妇肛提肌杨氏模量值的可重复性。方法 收集2021年7月-9月在杭州市妇产科医院行经盆底三维超声检查的剖宫产后产妇170例，均为第一次剖宫产后 ，无流产、引产、生产史，年龄23-42岁，平均年龄(29.8±3.5)岁。由两位有经验的盆底超声医师重复测量同侧肛提肌在不同状态、不同部位的杨氏模量值，计算组内相关系数，显示其重复性。结果 静息状态下右侧耻骨直肠肌耻骨下支附着点的可重复性结果 ICC 0.852，95%可信区间 0.804-0.888；静息状态下右侧耻骨直肠肌中部的可重复性结果ICC 0.851，95%可信区间0.803-0.887；缩肛状态下右侧耻骨直肠肌耻骨下支附着点的可重复性结果ICC 0.797，95%可信区间0.734-0.846；缩肛状态下右侧耻骨直肠肌中部附着点的可重复性结果ICC 0.796，95%可信区间0.734-0.865。结论 SWE能定量反映肛提肌的硬度，并具有较好的可重复性。 |

| Objective To investigate the repeatability of real-time shear-wave elastography (SWE) in measuring young's modulus of levator ani muscle in women 6-8 weeks after first cesarean section. Methods A total of 49 postcesarean women who underwent pelvic floor 3D ultrasound examination in Hangzhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from July 2021 to September 2021 were enrolled. They were all women with no history of abortion, induced labor or labor after the first cesarean section, aged 23-42 years, with an average age of (29.8±3.5) years. Two experienced pelvic floor sonographers repeatedly measured the young's modulus of ipsilateral levator ani muscle in different states and different parts, and calculated the intra-group correlation coefficient to show its repeatability. Results The reproducibility of the attachment point of the inferior ramus pubis of the right puborectalis muscle at rest was ICC 0.852, 95% confidence interval 0.804-0.888; Repeatability of the right middle puborectalis muscle at rest ICC 0.851, 95% confidence interval 0.803-0.887; Reproducibility of the attachment point of the inferior ramus pubis of the right puborectalis muscle in the state of anal contraction Icc 0.797, 95% confidence interval 0.734-0.846; The reproducibility of the attachment point of the right middle puborectalis muscle in the state of anal contraction was 0.796 (95% confidence interval 0.734-0.865). Conclusion: SWE can quantitatively reflect the hardness of levator ANI muscle with good repeatability. |
