| 目的 探讨Tell-Show-Do行为管理法对儿童龋齿充填治疗配合度的影响。方法 选取2020年 1月至 2021年 1月间就诊于杭州市中医院丁桥院区口腔科的3-5岁学龄前浅龋儿童患者200例，随机并分为实验组和对照组，每组100例患儿。实验组儿童采用Tell-Show-Do行为管理法，对照组儿童采用常规法。 结果?干预后实验组牙科畏惧量表、面部图像量表得均分低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05），差异有统计学意义。干预后，实验组生理应激水平与对照组相比有差异性（P <0.05）。在满意度的对比中，两组的总满意度比较存在显著性差异（P ＜ 0.05）。实验组的总满意度要显著高于对照组。?结论 儿童牙科焦虑症是牙科诊所常见的症状 ，Tell-Show-Do行为管理可以缓解儿童牙科焦虑，对提高儿童龋齿充填治疗配合度起到明显的积极作用，应在学龄前儿童的龋齿充填过程中广泛推广应用。 |

| To explore the effect of tell show do behavior management on the coordination of dental caries filling treatment in children. Methods 200 preschool children with shallow caries aged 3-5 who were treated in the Department of Stomatology, Dingqiao District, Hangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 children in each group. The children in the experimental group were treated with tell show do behavior management method, and the children in the control group were treated with routine method. Results after the intervention, the average scores of dental fear scale and facial image scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the physiological stress level in the experimental group was different from that in the control group (P <0.05). In the comparison of satisfaction, there was significant difference between the two groups (P. The total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion children's dental anxiety is a common symptom in dental clinics. Tell show do behavior management can alleviate children's dental anxiety and play a significant positive role in improving the coordination of children's dental caries filling treatment. It should be widely used in the dental caries filling process of preschool children. |
