| 目的 运用中医传承辅助平台（V3.0）软件，分析奚嘉名老中医运用益气养血法治疗不孕症经后期用药特点，传承奚嘉名老中医治疗不孕症的经验。方法 收集并整理奚嘉名老中医治疗不孕症经后期的处方，采用频数统计、关联规则分析、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘算法，对处方中药物进行性味、归经、频次、药物组合等分析与新方发现。结果 通过对201首处方所含155种药物分析，得出药物以甘温为主，多归于肝、脾、肾经，功效以补虚、活血化瘀为主。当归、菟丝子、覆盆子、熟地黄、黄芪使用频次最高。通过无监督的熵层次聚类分析得到4个核心药物组合，经奚嘉名老中医审核总结出新方。结论 奚嘉名老中医治疗不孕症经后期以益气养血为主，用药以黄芪、当归、熟地黄、菟丝子、覆盆子、淫羊藿、女贞子为基础，随病、证及其虚实强弱进行加减。 |

| To analyze the medication characteristics of famous old traditional Chinese medicine Xi Jia in treating infertility by using the method of invigorating?Qi and nourishing?blood in the post-menstruation period using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.0), and to transmit the experience of famous old traditional Chinese medicine Xi Jia in treating infertility. Method The prescriptions of famous old traditional Chinese medicine Xi Jia for treating infertility in the post-menstruation period were collected and collated, and data mining algorithms such as frequency statistics, association rule analysis, and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the drugs in the prescriptions in terms of their nature and flavor, channel tropism, frequencies, and drug combinations and to discover new prescriptions. Result Through the analysis of 155 drugs contained in 201 prescriptions, it was concluded that the drugs were mainly sweet and warm flavors, and were mostly on liver, spleen, kidney channels. Most effects of these herbs are to tonify deficiency, enliven blood and remove blood stasis. Angelica Sinensis, Semen Cuscutae, Rubi Fructus, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Astragali Radix were most frequently used. The four core drug combinations were obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis, and the new formula was reviewed and summarized by famous old traditional Chinese medicine Xi Jia. Conclusion In the treatment of infertility in the post-menstruation period, famous old traditional Chinese medicine Xi Jia mainly invigorated Qi and nourished Blood, and used Astragali Radix, Angelica Sinensis, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Semen Cuscutae, Rubi Fructus, Epimedium, Ligustri Lucidi Fructus as the basis, and it will be adjusted according to the diseases, symptoms and the strength of them. |
