| [目的]介绍二仙汤联合苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的经验。[方法]通过收集和分析一些临床上运用二仙汤联合苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的病例,结合古代医家对该疾病的认识以及患者的具体临床表现,分析方剂的化裁,总结运用此方的经验。[结果]中医认为多囊卵巢综合征是一种以脾肾两虚为本,痰湿血瘀互结为标,虚实夹杂的病理状态。二仙汤联合苍附导痰汤能补肾活血、健脾化痰。痰湿与瘀血皆消,则症状改善,受孕几率增加。案例中的患者存在排卵障碍、胰岛素抵抗、子宫内膜容受性降低、肥胖合并高雄等表现,临床上进行适当方剂的化裁以及生活方式的指导后,均取得较好的疗效。[结论]运用二仙汤联合苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,能改善患者症状,提高妊娠率,体现中医治疗该疾病的优势。 |

| [Objective] To introduce the experience of Erxian Decoction combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction in treating infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). [Methods] Based on the collection and analysis of some clinical cases of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome treated by Erxian Decoction combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction, combined with ancient doctors" understanding of the disease and patients" specific clinical manifestations, analyzing the reduction of prescription, the experience of using this prescription was summarized. [Results] According to traditional Chinese medicine, polycystic ovary syndrome is a pathological condition that deficiency of spleen and kidney as the base, phlegm dampness and blood stasis mixed as the standard. Erxian Decoction combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction can tonify kidney and activating blood circulation, invigorate spleen and reduce phlegm. Phlegm dampness and blood stasis were eliminated, the symptoms were improved, and the probability of conception was increased. The patients in the cases had ovulation disorder, insulin resistance, reduced endometrial receptivity, obesity complicated with hyperandrogenemia and other manifestations. After clinical treatment with appropriate prescription and lifestyle guidance, good efficacy was achieved. [Conclusion] Erxian Decoction combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction can improve the symptoms and increase the pregnancy rate of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertile patients, which reflecting the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease. |
