| 目的 通过数据挖掘，研究中药复方治疗脑胶质瘤的用药规律，以期为临床用药提供借鉴。方法 选取中国中医科学院广安门医院肿瘤科2012年7月至2022年7月治疗脑胶质瘤的中药复方，建立中药复方治疗脑胶质瘤方剂数据库，采用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）分析高频药物、性味归经、常用药物组合、核心组合、新处方等。结果 共纳入处方162首，涉及中药260味，使用频次≥20的药物39味，主要为息风止痉类、补益类及清热解毒类中药；药性多平、温、寒，药味以甘、苦、辛为主，多归肝、脾、胃经。挖掘得到常见药物组合52组、关联规则20条，获得10个核心组合和5个新处方。结论 脑胶质瘤主因脾肾亏虚，风痰上扰，瘀毒互结，处方多以半夏白术天麻汤为基础方，用药以息风化痰，补益脾肾，化瘀解毒为治疗关键。 |

| Objective To study the medication rules of Chinese medicine compound prescription in the treatment of glioma through data mining, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of glioma. Methods The Chinese medicine compound prescription for treating glioma were selected from the Department of Oncology, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, July 2012 to July 2022, and the database of Chinese medicine prescription for glioma was established. High-frequency drugs, drug properties, flavors, belonging meridians, common drug combinations, core combinations and new prescriptions were analyzed by TCM Inheritance Support Platform (V2.5). Results A total of 162 prescriptions were included, involving 260 traditional Chinese medicines and 39 medicines with frequency ≥20, which mainly had the function of relieving wind and stopping spasm, tonifying, clearing heat and detoxification. The most common medicinal properties of drugs were mild, warm and cold, with sweet, bitter and pungent flavors, belonging meridians were liver, spleen and stomach meridians. 52 groups of common drug combinations and 20 association rules were obtained by data mining, and 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion Glioma is mainly due to deficiency of spleen and kidney, disturbance of wind and phlegm, and combination of blood stasis and toxin. Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is the basic prescription, and the key to the treatment is relieving wind and resolving phlegm, tonifying spleen and kidney, and removing blood stasis and detoxification. |
