| S1P (Sphingosine-1-Phosphate,鞘氨醇-1-磷酸)是一种具有生物活性的脂质类分子,其通过与一类G蛋白偶联受体(S1P 1-5)结合从而发挥生理作用。它在调节细胞生长和增殖、上皮和内皮的屏障功能、淋巴细胞转运、肿瘤转移以及血管生成等多种生物学过程中发挥着重要作用。由于S1P信号通路参与多种免疫反应,因此S1P受体调节剂可能有助于治疗免疫性或炎症性疾病。各种研究发现,S1P信号通路与特应性皮炎、银屑病等皮肤病之间存在密切联系。故本文对S1P信号通路在皮肤病中作用的最新研究进展以及在皮肤病中的治疗研究进行了综述。 |

| S1P (Sphingosine-1-Phosphate) is a bioactive lipid-class molecule that exerts its physiological roles by binding to a class of G protein-coupled receptors(S1P 1-5). It plays an important role in regulating various biological processes, including cell growth and proliferation, the barrier function of the epithelial and endothelium, lymphocyte transport,and tumor metastasis, as well as angiogenesis. Since S1P signaling is involved in multiple immune responses, S1P receptor modulators may help in the treatment of immune or inflammatory diseases. Various studies have found a close associations between the S1P signaling pathway and skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Therefore, the latest research progress on the role of S1P signaling pathway in skin diseases and the treatment research are reviewed in this paper. |
