| 摘要 目的：综述张仲景方在慢性筋骨病急性期、手术后止痛作用的临床研究及止痛机制研究，为改善慢性筋骨病疼痛症状拓宽思路。方法：查阅1995年至2022年中国知网、万方等数据库，对张仲景方相关临床及实验研究报道进行综述。结论：张仲景方对慢性筋骨病止痛有效，其止痛机制与调节细胞因子降低炎症水平、抑制骨与软骨的破坏、促进骨与软骨的生成、降低体内氧化还原反应、降低机体对疼痛敏感性相关。 |

| Abstract Objective: To review the clinical research on the analgesic effect and mechanism of Zhang Zhongjing Fang in the acute stage and after operation of chronic musculoskeletal disease, so as to broaden the idea for improving the pain symptoms of chronic musculoskeletal disease. Methods: The databases of CNKI and Wanfang from 1995 to 2022 were reviewed, and the relevant clinical and experimental research reports on Zhang Zhongjing Fang were reviewed. Conclusion: Zhang Zhongjing's prescription is effective in relieving the pain of chronic osteopathy, and its analgesic mechanism is related to reducing inflammation level by regulating cytokines, inhibiting the destruction of bone and cartilage, promoting the generation of bone and cartilage, reducing the REDOX reaction in the body, and reducing the sensitivity of the body to pain. |
