      摘要:创面愈合是一个十分精细且复杂的过程,不论中西医,在治疗创面缺损时都缺乏有效的愈合手段,传统中医提出“清、活、化、补”的治疗大纲,现代医学则是以缝合、植皮等技术促进创面愈合,但创面愈合仍面临着巨大的挑战。随着3D打印技术及生物技术的发展,生物3D打印逐步成为创面愈合治疗的一种新趋势。本文拟对目前生物3D打印技术的进展,以及3D打印在创面愈合中对细胞保护、血管再生、抗炎、抗感染等优势进行了综述,为生物3D打印治疗创面愈合进一步提供了理论支持,以期生物3D打印能够在创面修复中更为广泛的应用,为创面损伤患者带来更加便捷的治疗方式。

      Abstract:Wound healing is a very delicate and complex process. No matter traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine, there is a lack of effective healing means in the treatment of wound defects. Traditional Chinese medicine puts forward the treatment outline of "clearing, activating, transforming and repairing", while modern medicine promotes wound healing with suture, skin grafting and other technologies, but wound healing still faces great challenges. With the development of 3D printing technology and biotechnology, biological 3D printing has gradually become a new trend of wound healing treatment. This paper intends to summarize the current progress of biological 3D printing technology and the advantages of 3D printing in wound healing, such as cell protection, angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory, anti infection and so on, so as to provide further theoretical support for biological 3D printing in the treatment of wound healing, in order to make biological 3D printing more widely used in wound repair and bring more convenient treatment methods to patients with wound injury.
