| 摘要 目的 分析研究超声双重造影在结直肠癌T分期中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月在我院手术并经病理证实的66例结直肠癌患者的超声双重造影与病理资料。所有患者均于术前行结直肠超声双重造影，行术前超声的T分期，并与术后病理进行比较。结果 超声双重造影对结直肠癌术前T分期的诊断符合率为89.4%，与病理结果对照，总体差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)，其中T1，T2，T3，T4各分期的诊断符合率分别为66％、75％、86.6％和93.2％；Kappa分析结果显示这两种检查方法的一致性较好（Kappa值为0.792）。结论 超声双重造影在术前对结直肠癌T分期具有较高的准确性，具有较高的临床应用价值，可以对手术治疗方案给予更有效的术前影像学支持。 |

| Abstract Purpose To Research the clinical application value of Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound (DCEUS) in T staging of colorectal cancer. Methods sixty-six cases of pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospective and analyzed. All patients were examined by DCEUS prior to surgery, and T staging of pre-operative imaging was classified which were compared with post-operative pathological staging results. Results The diagnostic accordance rate of pre-operative T staging using DCEUS was 89.4%，the overall difference was not statistically significant compared with pathological results(P>0.05),；The diagnostic coincidence rates of T1,T2,T3 and T4 stages were 66%, 75%, 86.6% and 93.2%, respectively，and the consistency of these two examination methods was high with the Kappa value was 0.792. Conclusion Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound has high accuracy in preoperative T staging of colorectal cancer, and has high clinical application value, which can provide more effective preoperative imaging support for surgical treatment plan |
