| 组织修复是临床治疗中的常见环节,往往伴随着组织细胞再生,伤口愈合,炎症消退等过程。由于有快速增殖,多向分化以及免疫抑制的潜能,间充质干细胞一直以来被视为参与组织修复的种子细胞。而又有许多报道表明,间充质干细胞来源的外泌体发挥着干细胞类似的功能。例如,它们被发现通过携带生物活性物质、参与细胞信号传递的方式在免疫调节、细胞增殖和对抗氧化应激损伤等方面发挥作用。本文对间充质干细胞及其外泌体进行了概述,并对间充质干细胞来源外泌体在组织修复方面的应用及其作用机制进行了综述。 |

| Tissue repair is a common link in clinical treatment, which is often accompanied by processes such as tissue cell regeneration, wound healing, and inflammation regression. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been long considered as the seed cell in tissue repair due to their potential of rapid proliferation, multidirectional differentiation and immunosuppressive effects. Several studies have reported that exosomes derived from MSCs have similar functions to those of MSCs. For example, they are found to be involved in the immune regulation, cell proliferation and oxidative damage combat etc. by carrying biologically active substances and involving in cell communication. In this paper, the mesenchymal stem cells and their exosomes were summarized, and the application and mechanism of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in tissue repair were reviewed. |
