      阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnoea syndrome,OSAHS) 是在睡眠中反复出现上呼吸道阻塞导致氧饱和度反复下降和碎片化睡眠,其特征性的缺氧方式为慢性间歇性缺氧。而动物模型是探索OSAHS发病机制、发病原因及治疗的关键中枢,建立符合人类疾病的动物模型是OSAHS基础研究和治疗策略评价的重要组成部分。目前,实验干预模型大鼠模型是OSAHS研究领域主要采用的模型,本文针对近年来国内外关于OSAHS的大鼠造模方法,特别对于儿童OSAHS患者造模展开论述,以期为后续研究提供参考,便于进一步围绕OSAHS的作用机制及治疗方法等展开研究。

      Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is characterized by recurrent upper airway obstruction during sleep, resulting in repeated drops in oxygen saturation and fragmented sleep. The characteristic hypoxia pattern is chronic intermittent hypoxia. Animal models are a crucial central tool for exploring the pathogenesis, etiology, and treatment of OSAHS. The establishment of an animal model that closely mimics human disease is an important component of basic research on OSAHS and the evaluation of treatment strategies. Currently, the experimental intervention rat model is the main model used in OSAHS research. This article focuses on the rat modeling methods for OSAHS in recent years, especially for pediatric OSAHS patients, in order to provide a reference for future research and facilitate further investigation into the mechanisms and treatment of OSAHS.
