| 目的 观察干扰素局封联合消疣方浸泡治疗掌跖疣的临床疗效。方法 收集60例确诊为掌跖疣的患者。随机分为观察组（干扰素局封联合消疣方浸泡）和对照组（消疣方浸泡）。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗4周及8周后的疣体个数、大小、疼痛三项评分及有效率与复发率的差异，并记录相关不良反应。结果 比较两组患者治疗前后三项评分：治疗前，两组无统计学差异（均P＞0.05）；治疗4周、8周后分别进行比较，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组降低更明显。比较两组患者治疗后有效率及复发率，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05），且观察组有效率显著高于对照组，而复发率则显著低于对照组。不良反应主要来自干扰素，为发热、乏力等流感样症状。结论 干扰素局封联合消疣方浸泡治疗掌跖疣，可提高疗效，降低复发率，同时改善疣体疼痛情况。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of interferon local seal and Xiaoyou Decoction soaking treatment of palmoplantar warts. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with palmoplantar warts were collected. They were randomly divided into an observation group (soaked in interferon local seal combined with Xiaoyou Decoction) and a control group (soaked in Xiaoyou Decoction). The differences in the number, size, and pain of warts as well as the effective rate and recurrence rate of patients between the two groups before treatment, and four and eight weeks after treatment were observed, and the related adverse reactions were recorded. Results Three scores of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P > 0.05); After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (both P < 0.05) and the reduction in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group. The difference in the effective rates and recurrence rates after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups (both P < 0.05). The effective rates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the recurrence rates were significantly lower than those in the control group. The adverse reactions were mainly caused by interferon and manifested as fever, fatigue, and other flu-like symptoms. Conclusion Interferon local seal combined with soak in Xiaoyou Decoction can improve that curative effect of treating palmoplantar wart, reduce recurrence rate and improve the pain of wart body. |
