| 目的 观察消疣汤治疗面部扁平疣的效果，以及对血清INF-γ、IL-4的影响。方法 将60例面部扁平疣患者随机分为两组，对照组（n＝30）外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶涂抹于疣体处，治疗组（n＝30）在对照组基础上口服中药汤剂消疣汤治疗。连续治疗4周，随访观察3个月后，比较两组扁平疣患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后皮损总积分及血清INF-γ、IL-4值变化。结果 治疗组扁平疣患者的临床有效率为93.33%，对照组扁平疣患者的临床有效率为70.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组扁平疣患者的皮损总积分经治疗后，均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，与对照组扁平疣患者相比，治疗组患者皮损总积分下降更为显著(P<0.05)。两组扁平疣患者的血清INF-γ、IL-4值经治疗后，均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)，与对照组扁平疣患者相比，治疗组患者血清INF-γ、IL-4值变化更明显(P<0.05)。结论 消疣汤治疗面部扁平疣疗效确切，该方联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶可进一步改善患者皮损状况，并能调节血清INF-γ、IL-4水平。 |

| Objective Observe the wart elimination decoction for the treatment of facial verruca plana，and its effect on INF-γ and IL - 4 . Methods 60 patients with facial verruca plana were randomly divided into two groups, control group(n＝30) for external use human recombinant interferon alpha 2b gel onto the wart body, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of giving oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth warts decoction. Treatment of 4 weeks in a row, follow-up after 3 months, Compare two groups of patients with verruca plana clinical treatment effect and skin lesions before and after treatment the total integral and DLQI score and serum INF -γ value and IL - 4 chang, adverse reactions and relapse.Results Treatment group patients with verruca plana clinical effective rate was 93.33%, the control group of patients with verruca plana clinical effective rate was 70.0%, the difference statistically; Two groups of patients with verruca plana of skin lesions and total integral DLQI score after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and controls the flat warts, compared with the control group in patients with verruca plana, the treatment group was detected in patients with total integral and DLQI score decreased more significantly (P < 0.05); Two groups of patients with verruca plana of INF- γ and IL - 4 values after treatment, was obviously improved than before(P < 0.05), compared with the control group in patients with verruca plana, the treatment group patients INF - γ and IL - 4 change more obvious (P < 0.05); In the process of treatment, two groups of flat wart patients without obvious adverse reaction occurred; Follow-up period in the two groups have to cure patients with verruca plana new wart body has not been found.Conclusion Eliminate warts soup treating facial verruca plana curative effect, it combines human recombinant interferon alpha 2b gel than simple external use western medicine can further improve the patients with skin conditions and their quality of life, and can adjust the serum levels of inflammatory factors, clinical safety and reliability. |
