| 目的：探讨消风散加减联合富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗外感风热型过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法：选择于我院就诊的外感风热型过敏性结膜炎患者98例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各49例,对照组给予富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予消风散加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,过敏性结膜炎症状、体征评分,血清炎症指标[血清透明质酸(HA)、嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)],泪膜稳定性[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色试验(FL)评分]及安全性评价。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率为89.79%显著高于对照组77.55%(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组过敏性结膜炎症状、体征评分及血清炎症因子指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后泪膜破裂时间均较治疗前升高,FL评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：消风散加减联合富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗外感风热型过敏性结膜炎临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaofengsan and combined with Emestine fumarate eye drops in the treatment of waigan fengre syndrome allergic conjunctivitis. Methods: 98 cases of patients with waigan fengre syndrome allergic conjunctivitis were selected from our hospital and divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases respectively according to random number table method. The control group was treated with emestine fumarate eye drops, and the observation group was treated with Xiaofengsan on the basis of control group. To observe the clinical efficacy, symptom and sign scores of allergic conjunctivitis, serum inflammatory indicators [serum hyaluronic acid (HA), eosinophilic cationic protein (ECP), interleukin-6 (IL-6)], tear film stability [tear film rupture time (BUT), corneal fluorescein staining test (FL)] and safety evaluation of 2 groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the observation group total effective rate was 89.79% higher than that of the control group 77.55%(P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs of allergic conjunctivitis and serum inflammatory factors were lower in the two groups than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the tear film rupture time of both groups was higher than before treatment, and FL score was lower than before treatment, and the improvement range of observation group was better than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Xiaofengsan combined with emestine fumarate eye drops in the treatment of waigan fengre syndrome allergic conjunctivitis has significant clinical effect. |
