| 目的 探讨中药督脉熏蒸辅助常规西药治疗肾阴阳两虚型围绝经期综合征（MPS）的临床疗效。方法 按随机数字表法将我院80例肾阴阳两虚型MPS患者分入两组（各40例）。对照组给予雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药督脉熏蒸治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证状积分、改良Kupperman和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分、激素[促黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）]，同时分析临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果 与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率更高（92.50％vs 80.00％）（χ2=4.501，P=0.034）；治疗后两组中医证状积分均降低，且相比对照组，治疗组治疗后潮热盗汗、五心烦热、腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后两组改良Kupperman和PSQI评分降低，且相比对照组治疗组治疗后改良Kupperman和PSQI评分更低（P<0.05）；治疗后两组LH、FSH水平降低、E2水平升高，且治疗组治疗后LH、FSH水平低于对照组、E2水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率为5.00％，低于对照组（22.50％）（χ2=5.165，P=0.023）。结论 中药督脉熏蒸辅助常规西药治疗肾阴阳两虚型MPS患者疗效显著，不但能改善临床症状，提高睡眠质量，还可以调节性激素，减少不良反应，具有安全性，值得推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Du Mai fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang. Methods: By the random number table, 80 cases with MPS with deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups (40 cases in each group). The control group was treated with estradiol/didrogesterone estradiol tablets, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Du meridian fumigation on the basis of the control group. TCM syndrome scores, modified Kupperman and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores, sex hormones [Luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2)] before and after treatment were compared among two groups, and the clinical efficacy and side reactions were analyzed. Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was higher when compared with the control group(92.50% vs 80.00%)(χ2=4.501, P=0.034). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased, and the scores of hot flash, night sweat, five upset fever, waist and knee tenderness, and limb cold fear after treatment in the treatment groupwere lower when compared with the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the modified Kupperman and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower, and the modified Kupperman and PSQI scores in the treatment group were lower when compared with the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH, FSH in both groups were decreased, E2increased, and the level of LH, FSH in the treatment group was lower and the level of E2 was higherwhen compared with the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of side reactions in treatment group was 5.00%, which was lower than that in control group(22.50%) (χ2=5.165, P=0.023).Conclusion: Du Mai fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating MPS patients with deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang. It can not only improve clinical symptoms, improve sleep quality, but also regulate sex hormones and reduce adverse reactions. It is safe and worthy of promotion. |
