| 目的:探讨电针联合气道局部利多卡因给药的联合麻醉在支气管镜检查中的有效性和安全性。方法:将2020年8月～2022年6月在我院接受支气管镜检查的60例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组在支气管镜检查前采用2%利多卡因雾化及开始后按需使用2%利多卡因气道内喷洒麻醉。治疗组在对照组麻醉的基础上,加用针刺麻醉。结果:两组患者在一般临床资料上比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。治疗组在支气管镜检查前后的心率、收缩压、血氧饱和度波动值明显好于对照组,有显著统计学差异(P＜0.01)。在麻醉效果评价和按需使用2%利多卡因累积量上,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。而治疗组在不良反应和支气管镜检查可接受度评价上与对照组相比,无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论:电针联合麻醉可以增强2%利多卡因气道局麻下支气管镜检查的麻醉效果,提高检查的舒适性和安全性。 |

| Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of combined anesthesia of electroacupuncture with airway local lidocaine administration in bronchoscopy. Methods Sixty patients who underwent bronchoscopy at our hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients each according to the random number table method. The control group was anesthetized with 2% lidocaine nebulization before bronchoscopy and 2% lidocaine endotracheal spray as needed after the start of bronchoscopy. In the treatment group, electroacupuncture continuous anesthesia was added to the control group anesthesia. Results There was no statistical difference in the general clinical data between the two groups (P＞0.05).
