      腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是发病率高,患者产生腰腿疼痛的主要疾病之一。磁共振波谱(MRS)可以无创检测患者治疗前后脑代谢产物量的变化,反应病情变化和进展,在该病的诊断、病情变化、疗效评价等应用中有独特的优势。因此,应用MRS技术探究LDH患者的脑功能机制已然成为本学科的热点,本文对磁共振波谱技术评估LDH患者脑代谢物的研究进展予以综述。
英文摘要:
      Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is one of the main diseases that produce lumbar and leg pain with high incidence. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) can noninvasive detect the changes of brain metabolites before and after treatment, reflect the changes and progress of the disease, and has unique advantages in the diagnosis of the disease, disease changes, efficacy evaluation and other applications. Therefore, the application of MRS Technology to explore the mechanism of brain function in LDH patients has become a hot topic in this subject. This paper reviews the research progress of magnetic resonance spectroscopy to evaluate brain metabolites in LDH patients.
