| 目的：探讨经颅磁刺激联合乌灵胶囊对慢性耳鸣患者睡眠质量和情绪状态的影响。方法：选择2022年2月至2023年2月在医院就诊的慢性耳鸣患者共132例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分成三组,每组44名。A组患者给予乌灵胶囊治疗；B组患者给予单纯低频重复经颅磁刺激进行治疗；C组患者给予乌灵胶囊联合经颅磁刺激治疗。记录三组患者的治疗效果、耳鸣改善情况、耳鸣严重等级、睡眠质量、情绪状态、不良反应发生率等,以比较三种方法在治疗慢性耳鸣患者的临床效果。结果：C组的总有效率明显高于A、B组(P＜0.05)；治疗后三组VAS和THI评分均较之前明显下降,且C组的评分较A、B组下降更为明显(P＜0.05)；治疗后,三组患者的Ⅴ级数量均减少,Ⅰ-Ⅱ级数量变多,且C组的Ⅰ-Ⅱ级数量较A、B组明显增多(P＜0.05)；治疗后,三组睡眠质量和情绪状态均较之前有所改善,且C组的睡眠质量和情绪状态较A、B组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)；三组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生几率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：经颅磁刺激联合乌灵胶囊治疗可明显改善慢性耳鸣患者的睡眠质量、情绪状态,降低耳鸣严重等级,缓解耳鸣不适。 |

| Objective Explore the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Wuling capsules on sleep quality and emotional state in patients with chronic tinnitus. Methods A total of 132 patients with chronic tinnitus who visited the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table, with 44 in each group. Group A patients were treated with Wuling capsule; Patients in group B were treated with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation; Group C patients were treated with Wuling capsule combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation. The therapeutic effect, tinnitus improvement, tinnitus severity, sleep quality, emotional state and adverse reaction rate of the three groups of patients were recorded to compare the clinical effects of the three methods in treating chronic tinnitus patients. Results The total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of groups A and B (P<0.05); After treatment, the scores of VAS and THI in the three groups decreased significantly, and the scores in group C decreased more significantly than those in groups A and B (P<0.05); After treatment, the number of Grade V patients in the three groups decreased, and the number of Grade I-II patients became more, and the number of Grade I-II patients in Group C was significantly higher than that in Groups A and B (P<0.05); After treatment, the sleep quality and emotional state of the three groups were improved, and the sleep quality and emotional state of group C were improved more significantly than those of groups A and B (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups during treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can significantly improve the sleep quality and emotional state of patients with chronic tinnitus, reduce the severity of tinnitus, and alleviate the discomfort of tinnitus. |
