| 目的 观察补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗对微创手术后自发性脑出血恢复期患者的疗效。方法 将80例经微创手术治疗后自发性脑出血恢复期患者随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补阳还五汤口服联合针灸治疗。4周后比较两组神经功能、脑血管功能、运动功能和日常生活功能。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)；NIHSS评分、脑血管血流动力学指标、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数等结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗能明显提高微创手术后自发性脑出血恢复期患者的治疗效果,改善神经功能、脑血管功能,缩短康复时间。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage after Minimally invasive procedure in the recovery period. Methods 80 patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage after Minimally invasive procedure were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (40 cases). The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction orally combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks, compare the neurological function, cerebrovascular function, motor function, and daily life function between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05); The NIHSS score, cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators, Fugl Meyer score, Barthel index, and other results were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period after Minimally invasive procedure, improve neurological function and cerebrovascular function, and shorten the recovery time. |
