| 目的：分析和总结曲凡主任中医师治疗多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS）的用药规律和临床经验。方法：收集2018年6月至2023年3月期间在曲凡主任中医师门诊接受中药治疗的PCOS患者280例，共1917首处方，建立数据库进行用药频次统计，并运用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 23.0分别进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果：频次较高的中药有太子参、炙甘草、黄精等，其中以归肾、脾经的补虚药为主，关联规则及聚类分析的药物组合多是补肾填精药与健脾益气药的组合。结论：数据挖掘结果客观反映了曲凡主任中医师治疗PCOS善用补肾健脾法共治先后天之本，辅以理气活血法以致冲任调畅，促进PCOS患者卵泡发育，调节生殖轴正常运行。为临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征提供了参考和思路。 |

| Objective：To analyse and summarize chief physician of TCM Qu Fan’s medication rules and clinical experience for treating PCOS. Methods：A collection of 1917 Chinese medicine prescriptions from PCOS females who received TCM treatment in the outpatient clinic of Qu Fan June 2018 to March 2023．Built a database to summarize data. Association rule and systematic clusteranalysis were performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0. Results：The most commonly used Chinese medicines were Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Polygonatum Sibiricum Red, and so on. High frequency Chinese medicine was mainly used for tonifying deficiency of kidney and spleen. Combinations of drugs with association rule and systematic clustering analysis method were mostly tonifying kidney and spleen. Conclusion: The data mining results chief physician of TCM Qu Fan's clinical experience in Treating PCOS. He mainly treats PCOS with tonifying kidney and spleen，and supplemented with the method of regulating qi and activating blood to promote the recovery of menstruation and ovulation. They provide reference and thought for clinical treatment of PCOS. |
