| 非哺乳期乳腺炎(non?puerperal mastitis,NPM)是一种非特异性炎症性乳腺疾病,好发于非哺乳期的中青年女性。常规治疗包括内服药物及局部外治。外治法泛指非内服药物之外所用施术于体表或以药物、器具从体外进行治疗的方法,因其无需经过肝脏首过效应和肝肾代谢,能有效降低口服药物不良反应,故在临床上具有独特优势。笔者通过查阅近年来国内外关于中西医外治非哺乳期乳腺炎方法的相关文献并将其整理归纳,以供临床参考。 |

| Non-puerperal Mastitis (NPM) is a non-specific inflammatory breast disease, which mainly occurs in young and middle-aged non lactating women. Routine treatment includes internal medication and local external treatment. External treatment generally refers to the method applied to the body surface or treated with drugs and appliances from outside the body except for oral drugs. It has unique advantages in clinical practice because it does not need to go through the First-pass effect of the liver or the liver and kidney metabolism, and can effectively reduce the oral Adverse drug reaction. The author reviewed and summarized the relevant literature on the external treatment of non?puerperal mastitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for clinical reference. |
