| 免疫性血小板减少症作为自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制复杂,尚未研究出根治方法。本文旨在总结介绍浙江省名中医罗秀素运用“补虚解毒”法治疗免疫性血小板减少症的经验。通过对中医经典理论和罗教授的论文及著作的学习及临床病例的研究,分别从病因病机、辨证论治两方面总结罗教授对于免疫性血小板减少症的治疗经验,并列举经典医案予以论证。罗教授认为,本病病位主要涉及肝、脾、肾三脏,病因病机与“虚”和“毒”关系最为密切,根据本病的临床表现把其证型分为阴虚型、气虚型、外感风热毒邪型或风寒入里郁而化热型。所举医案中,罗教授运用补虚解毒法治疗ITP,效果良好。 |

| As an autoimmune disease, the pathogenesis of immune thrombocytopenia is complex, currently there is noScure methodSof the disease. This paper aims to summarize and introduce the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia by Luo Xiusu, a famous Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province, using the method of ‘tonifying deficiency and detoxification " .Through the study of the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Professor Luo "s papers and clinical cases, Professor Luo "s experience in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia was summarized from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation,and the classical medical cases were listed for demonstration. Professor Luo believes that the location of the disease mainly involves the liver, spleen and kidney, the etiology and pathogenesis are most closely related to ‘deficiency " and ‘toxin ". According to the clinical manifestations of the disease, the syndrome types are divided into yin deficiency type, qi deficiency type, exogenous wind heat toxin type or wind cold stagnation and heat type. In the medical cases, Professor Luo used the method of tonifying deficiency and detoxification to treat ITP, and the effect was good. |
