| 慢性肾小球肾炎，属于原发性肾小球疾病，其临床主要表现为蛋白尿、血尿、水肿及不同程度的高血压和肾功能损害，并伴有不同程度的肾功能减退。具有反复发作、迁延难愈的特点。中医中药在防治儿童慢性肾炎方面具有独特的优势，发挥中医药的特色优势，探讨防治方法，更好的治疗儿童慢性肾炎。本文主要介绍杨季国教授中医药防治小儿慢性肾炎的治则治法。 |

| Chronic glomerulonephritis is a primary glomerulonephritis. Its clinical manifestations are proteinuria, hematuria, edema, hypertension and renal function damage in different degrees, and accompanied by renal function decline in different degrees. It has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and difficult to recover. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating chronic nephritis in children. By leveraging the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and exploring prevention and treatment methods, we can better treat chronic nephritis in children. This article mainly introduces Professor Yang Jiguo's treatment principles and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic nephritis in children. |
