| 儿童腺样体肥大发病率高,现代医学治疗手段欠佳,现分析总结衢州雷氏医学第六代传承人邱根祥教授通过雷氏清宣金脏法、和解兼攻法、补气升阳法分期治疗儿童腺样体肥大临床经验。急性期治以清热宣肺保金脏；迁延期治以和解气机兼攻邪；缓解期治以补肺健脾升其阳。三期均以顾护脏腑,调和阴阳为本,驱邪化痰祛瘀为辅,以调动儿童脏腑清灵之气祛除病理产物,从而达到治愈疾病的目的。 |

| The incidence of adenoid hypertrophy in children is high, and the treatment methods of modern medicine are not good, and the clinical experience of Professor Qiu Genxiang, the sixth-generation inheritor of Quzhou Lei Medicine, is analyzed and summarized in the phased treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children through Lei's Qingxuanjin dirty method, reconciliation and attack method, and qi and Yang method. Acute treatment is to clear heat and promote lung protection organs; relocation and postponement of treatment to relieve qi and qi machine and attack evil; Treatment during remission to replenish the lungs, strengthen the spleen, and enhance its yang. The three phases are based on caring for the internal organs, harmonizing yin and yang, driving away evil spirits and removing phlegm and stasis, so as to mobilize the clear spiritual qi of children's internal organs to remove pathological products, so as to achieve the purpose of curing diseases. |
