| 叶楠【】目的:探究超声融合成像引导下前列腺靶向穿刺联合分子生物学标志物诊断前列腺癌的价值。方法:选取2019年6月至2023年1月本院收治的疑似前列腺癌患者117例临床资料开展回顾性分析,比较各组分子生物学标志物(PSA、AMACR、uPAR)差异。并比较超声融合成像引导下前列腺靶向穿刺、PSA、AMACR、uPAR水平与联合数据检测前列腺癌的灵敏度、特异度与准确性。结果:各组PSA、AMACR、uPAR水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=184.081、55.264、59.557,P<0.05),前列腺癌组PSA、AMACR、uPAR水平>前列腺良性增生组>健康对照组(P<0.05)。各组诊断符合率与误诊率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),超声融合成像引导下前列腺靶向穿刺+分子生物学标志物符合率明显高于其他检查方式,漏检率明显低于其他检查方式。结论:超声融合成像引导下前列腺靶向穿刺、生物学标志物诊断前列腺癌均具有一定价值,两者联合诊断可有效提高前列腺诊断准确性。 |

| 【】Objective: Exploring the value of ultrasound fusion imaging guided prostate targeted puncture combined with molecular biological markers in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 117 suspected prostate cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to January 2023, comparing the differences in molecular biological markers (PSA, AMACR, uPAR) among different groups. And compare the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of prostate cancer detection using ultrasound fusion imaging guided targeted puncture, PSA, AMACR, uPAR levels, and combined data.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the levels of PSA, AMACR, and uPAR among each group (F=184.081, 55.264, 59.557, P<0.05). The levels of PSA, AMACR, and uPAR in the prostate cancer group were higher than those in the benign prostatic hyperplasia group and higher than those in the healthy control group (P<0.05). The difference in diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rate between each group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The accuracy of ultrasound fusion imaging guided prostate targeted puncture+molecular biological markers was significantly higher than other examination methods, and the missed detection rate was significantly lower than other examination methods.Conclusion:Ultrasound fusion imaging guided prostate targeted puncture and biomarker diagnosis of prostate cancer have certain value, and the combination of the two can effectively improve the accuracy of prostate diagnosis. |
