| 程锦国教授从“一气周流”理论角度阐释慢性肾脏病病机,认为该疾病病程迁延,本虚与邪实并存,治疗重在首先恢复中土枢机运转、调和一身气机,再辅以温阳、益气、养阴、化湿、祛瘀、通络等法,方能得效。故从和法论治,运用柴芍六君子汤、柴理汤、小清汤等一系列柴胡剂,在控制慢性肾脏病进展中取得了良好的疗效。 |

| Prof. Cheng Jin-guo explains the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of the theory of One Qi Circumfluence and believes that the disease is prolonged, with both the pathogenic factor and deficiency in the root. The key points of treatment are readjusting the middle earth to drive the circulation and realize the balance of Qi. At the same time we help Yang and Yin, resolve dampness, remove stasis, dredge collateral and other treatments. Therefore, we have achieved good results in controlling the progression of chronic kidney disease through harmonization method by applying a series of Chaihu Decoction such as Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction, Chaili Decoction and Xiaoqing Decoction. |
