| 目的:对本院收治的24例猴痘病毒患者的临床特点分析。方法:回顾性分析2023年6月20日至2023年7月29日在本院住院治疗的猴痘患者的病例资料及药物治疗方案。结果:24例新冠病毒感染患者中,男性24例,女性0例；年龄最小23岁,最大50岁。其中16例合并艾滋病,另外8例均有近期同性性行为史；临床表现方面均可见皮肤疱疹,生殖器/肛周疱疹21例,发热18例,疼痛16例,达到出院标准患者中,发病到疱疹结痂脱落时间最短为8 d,最长为25d,平均为14.85天。结论:该病好发于免疫缺陷者,多以性接触传播,疱疹以生殖器/肛门部位为主,发病到痊愈一般需2-3周,本院收治经积极治疗的猴痘患者总体预后良好。 |

| Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of 24 monkeypox virus patients admitted to our hospital. Methods: The data of monkeypox patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 20, 2023 to July 29, 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 24 patients infected with the novel coronavirus, 24 were males and 0 were females. The minimum age is 23 and the maximum age is 50. Among them, 16 cases were combined with AIDS, and the other 8 cases had recent homosexual sexual history; In terms of clinical manifestations, there were skin herpes, genital/perianal herpes in 21 cases, fever in 18 cases, and pain in 16 cases. Among the patients who met the discharge criteria, the time from onset to peeling of herpes scabs was the shortest 8 days and the longest 25 days, with an average of 14.85 days. Conclusion: The disease is most likely to occur in immunodeficient patients, mostly transmitted by sexual contact. Herpes is mainly in the genital/anal area, and it generally takes 2-3 weeks to recover from the onset. The overall prognosis of monkeypox patients treated actively in our hospital is good. |
