| 急性髓系白血病(Acute Myeloid Leukemia,AML)是一类来源于造血干细胞的血液系统恶性肿瘤。目前主要采用阿糖胞苷联合蒽环类药物进行诱导化疗,但由于患者原发或继发耐药,靶向失败,高龄及身体机能低下等会导致化疗疗效不佳。高三尖杉酯碱(Homoharringtonine,HHT)是来源于中药三尖杉的一种生物碱,近年来诸多研究表明以HHT为基础的化疗方案更易耐受,药物毒副反应较轻,能改善AML患者的预后。与此同时,HHT治疗AML的作用机制有了全新的发现。本文就HHT治疗AML的研究现状进行综述,以期促进其在临床更加有效的应用。 |

| 【】Acute myeloid leukemia (AML)is a type of blood system malignancies that are derived from hematopoietic stem cells. The main use of cytarabine combined with anthracyclines is the induction of chemotherapy, but the treatment of chemotherapy is not good because of the patient"s age and low body function. Homoharringtonine(hht) is a type of alkaloid derived from the traditional Chinese medicine which is cephalotaxus fortunei. In recent years, many studies have shown that the chemotherapy scheme based on HHT is more tolerant, and the drug drug reaction is less responsive and improves the prognosis of aml patients, and the mechanism of action has been found. This paper reviews the present situation of the research on the treatment of aml, in order to promote its more effective application in clinical practice. |
