| 目的:挖掘浙江省名中医傅瑞阳主任治疗肩周炎的组方用药规律,为肩周炎的中医药临床治疗与新药开发提供思路与参考。方法:采集2022年1月至2022年11月傅瑞阳主任治疗肩周炎的有效医案,采用中医传承计算平台V2.5对医案处方进行数据挖掘,对用药频次、四气、五味、归经、中药类别等进行统计,采用关联规则、网络化展示、熵聚类分析等数据挖掘方法进行分析。结果:纳入医案处方75个,共涉及76味药。使用频次≥20次以上的药物共18味。药物四气以温、平、寒性最多,五味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经以肝、心、脾胃为主,中药类别以活血化瘀药、解表药、补虚药、祛风湿药为主；组方思路多以祛风湿、活血化瘀止痛、行气通经等为主。采用关联规则分析,共得到常用药对及组合9个,常用药关联规则7个。采用熵聚类分析共提取出2种不同的核心组合各4组,并挖掘出潜在新方4首。结论:傅瑞阳主任治疗肩周炎以标本兼治为原则,以行气化瘀止痛和温补脾胃为治则,在此基础上,或加强行气作用,或加强化瘀作用,或辅以祛风湿。 |

| Objective: To explore the prescription medication rules of Fu Ruiyang, a famous TCM director in Zhejiang Province, in the treatment of frozen shoulder, to provide ideas and reference for the TCM clinical treatment and new drug development of frozen shoulder.Methods:Effective medical records of Director Fu Ruiyang"s treatment of frozen shoulder from January 2022 to November 2022 were collected. Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V2.5 was used for data mining of medical records prescriptions, and statistics were carried out on medication frequency, four qi, five flavor, normalization and TCM categories. Data mining methods such as association rules, network display and entropy cluster analysis were used for analysis.Results:75 prescriptions were included in the medical records, involving 76 medicines in total. A total of 18 drugs were used more than 20 times. The four kinds of drugs are warm, calm and cold, the five kinds are bitter, xin and Gan, the liver, heart and spleen and stomach are the main ones, and the categories of traditional Chinese medicine are activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, relieving skin, tonifying deficiency and dispelling wind and dampness. The main prescription ideas are dispelling wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieve pain, and carrying Qi through meridian. Association rule analysis was used to obtain 9 common drug pairs and combinations, and 7 common drug association rules. Four groups of two different core combinations were extracted by entropy cluster analysis, and four potential new formulas were excavated.Conclusion:Director Fu Ruiyang"s treatment of frozen shoulder is based on the principle of treating both symptoms and root causes, with the treatment principle of promoting qi, removing blood stasis and relieving pain and warming spleen and stomach. On this basis, or strengthening the role of promoting qi, or strengthening the role of removing blood stasis, or supplementing wind and dampness. |
