      目的 探讨维生素D水平对儿童身高、体重以及骨密度的具体影响,阐释维生素D与儿童生长发育各项指标之间的相互关联。方法 新入园儿童年龄(3岁-3岁11月)经筛选以后,随机分为补充维生素D组和空白对照组,每组男女各45人,同一个幼儿园日常饮食相似。补充维生素D组,除正常饮食外,每日补充维生素D 400IU,连续半年;对照组儿童不给予任何干预措施。采集儿童空腹静脉血液,提取上清液,使用全自动化学发光分析仪测定血25-(OH)D水平;双能X线骨密度成分分析仪测定儿童骨密度情况;并由专人使用赛康身高体重计对儿童身高体重进行检测。结果 相较于对照组,补充维生素D组儿童的维生素D水平显著增高(P<0.05)。两组儿童身高、体重及体重增长量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是补充维生素D组儿童的骨密度正常及以上的占比明显较高(P<0.05),而且其身高增长量也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 有效的补充维生素D可调节机体骨代谢,促进儿童骨骼发育,对儿童的身高增长有影响,并且对体重增长影响较小,维生素D与儿童生长发育水平联系密切。

      Objective Explore the specific effects of vitamin D levels on children"s height, weight, and bone density, and explain the correlation between vitamin D and various indicators of children"s growth and development. Methods After screening, children who have just entered kindergarten after the age of 3 are randomly divided into a vitamin D supplementation group and a blank control group, with 90 people in each group. The daily diet of the same kindergarten is similar. In the vitamin D supplementation group, in addition to a normal diet, one vitamin D tablet was added daily for six consecutive months; The control group children were not given any intervention measures. The fasting venous blood of children was collected, the supernatant was extracted, and the blood 25 - (OH) D level was measured by automatic chemiluminescence analyzer; Dual energy X-ray bone density component analyzer for measuring bone density in children; And a dedicated person will use the Saikang height and weight meter to test the height and weight of children. Results Compared to the control group, the vitamin D levels of children in the vitamin D supplementation group were significantly increased (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in height, weight, and weight gain between the two groups of children (P>0.05), but the proportion of children in the vitamin D supplementation group with normal or above bone density was significantly higher (P<0.05), and their height growth was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective supplementation of vitamin D can regulate bone metabolism, promote bone development in children, promote height growth, and have a small impact on weight gain. Vitamin D is closely related to children"s growth and development levels.
