| [目的]：总结“凡十一脏取决于胆”理论的历史源流及其在临床中的运用,为功能性的诊疗供思路与方法。[方法]：分析总结历代医家以及现代医学对“凡十一脏取决于胆也”理论的看法,并列举三例验案加以探讨。[结果]：虽然“凡十一脏取决于胆”理论目前还存在着诸多分歧,但结合临床疗效观察,在治疗中从胆论治脾胃疾病往往能取得较好的疗效。这可能与胆疏通全身气机、沟通表里阴阳、通达经络气血以及促进土脏腐熟水谷之气及主决断功能相关,体现了胆与全身脏器的密切联系,正确认识该理论将为肝胆系疾病与情志类疾病的治疗提供理论基础与临床思路。[结论]：胆与全身各脏腑具有密切的联系,在人体气机生发以及情志调节方面具有重要的作用,正确认识该理论有助于相关疾病的诊疗。 |

| [Objective]: Summarizing the historical origin and application of the theory that ‘all eleven viscera depending on Gallbladder’, and provide clinical ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary diseases. [Methods]: To analyze and summarize the views of physicians in past dynasties and modern medicine on the theory of "All eleven zang organs depend on the gallbladder", and list three proven cases for discussion. [Results]: Although there are still many differences in the theory that ‘All eleven viscera depending on Gallbladder’, combined with the observation of clinical efficacy, the treatment of systemic diseases from the perspective of gallbladder can often achieve better results. This may be related to the gallbladder dredging the whole-body qi, communicating the exterior and interior yin and yang, reaching the meridian qi and blood, and receivingSfoodSandSdecomposition, which reflects the close relationship between the gallbladder and the whole-body organs. A correct understanding of this theory will provide a theoretical basis and clinical ideas for the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases and emotional diseases. [Conclusion]: Gallbladder is closely related to all viscera in the body, and plays an important role in the generation of qi and the regulation of emotions. A correct understanding of this theory is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. |
