| 探讨傅萍治疗卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)不孕症经验。傅萍教授认为肾精匮乏,癸水衰涸为发病根本,心肾失济,阴阳失衡为发病机理,气血不足,冲任失调为发病关键；治疗上主张“从心肾论治”“静能生水”,提出补肾填精以资天癸,交通心肾以和阴阳,培土宁心以充气血,疏肝清心以调冲任的治疗方法。为中医药治疗DOR不孕症提供了新方法、新视角。 |

| To discuss Professor Fu Ping's experience in the treatment of infertility with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Professor Fu Ping believes that the deficiency of kidney essence and decal-water deficiency are the root of the disease, the loss of heart and kidney and the imbalance of Yin and Yang are the pathogenesis, and the deficiency of qi and blood and the imbalance of thoroughness and conception are the key points of the disease. In terms of treatment, it is advocated that "treatment is based on the heart and kidney" and "calming heart to produce Kidney essence ". It is proposed that tonifying the kidney and filling the essence to qi and decuple, communicating the heart and kidney to harmonize Yin and Yang, strengthening the soil and calming the heart to inflate blood, soothing the liver and clearing the heart to regulate the flushing and conception. It provides new methods and new ideas for the treatment of infertility with DOR by traditional Chinese medicine. |
