| 目 的:对比改良单J鱼尾输尿管支架和常规双J输尿管支架在预置管输尿管软镜手术前后对输尿管支架相关症状(SRS)的影响。方法:收集2020年6月至2022年4月的160例输尿管软镜手术患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为2组,A组为预置管及软镜手术后均使用改良单J鱼尾输尿管支架,A组79例患者,B组为预置管及软镜手术后均使用常规双J输尿管支架,B组81例患者,所有患者在输尿管支架预置管后2周/术前(T1)、术后2周/拔管前(T2)、术后6周/拔管后4周(T3)分别完成输尿管支架症状问卷评分表(USSQ)。结果:160名患者均完成研究,相比常规双J支架管组(B组),改良单J鱼尾支架管组(A组)在URS术前预置管2周(T1)以及URS术后2周(T2)的尿路症状、躯体疼痛症状明显降低( P＜0.05)。但两组患者在术后6周(T3)作为基线比较相关USSQ评分无统计学差异(P＞0.05),两组患者术后严重血尿、发热(T>38.5℃)、支架管移位、尿源性脓毒血症等相关并发症比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论:与常规的双J输尿管支架相比,在URS预置管期间及术后使用改良单J鱼尾支架管可显著降低SRS,尤其是尿路症状和身体疼痛,且具有相当的安全性。 |

| Objective:To compare the effective of modified single J fishtail stent and conventional double J stent on stent-related symptoms (SRSs) in presetting ureteral stents before ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods: Since 2020 June to 2022 April, A total of 160 patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy were enrolled. A total of 79 patients have used modified single J fishtail stent in the stage of presetting stent and postoperative were enrolled in the A group, and 81 patients used conventional double J stent in the stage of presetting stent and postoperative were enrolled in the B group.
