| 黄褐斑病因病机复杂,易诊难治,无特效疗法。杨恩品教授认为,本病气机不畅、气血不和、脏腑失调是核心病机,临床常分为肝郁气滞、脾虚湿阻、肝肾阴虚进行辨治,常以疏肝理气、活血通络、调理脏腑为主,强调气血瘀滞贯穿始终,不论何型常配伍养颜活血类中药。 |

| The etiology and pathogenesis of chloasma are complex,easy to diagnose and difficult to treat,and there is no specific therapy．Professor Yang Enpin believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is qi stagnation,disharmony between qi and blood,and disorder of viscera．Clinically,it is often divided into liver depression and qi stagnation,spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction,and liver and kidney yin deficiency for differentiation and treatment．It is often based on soothing the liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and regulating viscera．It is emphasized that qi and blood stasis run through,and no matter what type,it is often combined with Chinese medicines for nourishing face and promoting blood circulation． |
